Registration

*All Students (Bachelor, Master, PhD), during the online registration, have to upload a photo of either their Academic ID or a certificate of studies from their university, where it should be available the name of the University and the expiration date.
Young Professionals under 5 years, have to upload a copy of their professional license or a copy of the diploma, clearly indicating the date of issue.

A Student or a Young Professional who wants to attend the conference (without any presentation) or if he/she wants to register as a member of the group can make a reduced registration.

Any participation in the conference in which there is at least one author (in the case of group participation) who does not belong to the category of “students and young professionals under five years old”, selects the registration type “Delegates” regardless of the membership of the group making the registration/payment.

Each presentation counts as one registration fee.

Authors who are alone on each paper can choose the registration type “Students and young professionals under five years old” by submitting the necessary supporting document.

• Congress Attendance according to the Scientific Programme
• Entrance to the Exhibition and the e-Posters Area
• Congress Material
• Technical Assistance during Congress
• e-Abstract Book during the Conference and Proceedings (when they will be published) 
• Personalized e-Certificate of Attendance

 Important Information

• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 24% VAT.
• Receipts of payment will be issued after Congress and will be delivered to your email.

 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any request for cancellation of participation must be notified by e-mail to landarchconference@artion.com.gr

• Full cancellation with full reimbursement up to 4 September 2023 (23:59 CEST).
• No refund after 4 of September 2023 (23:59 CEST).

All refunds are processed after Conference and within a period of six weeks.

  During the online registration you will find available all necessary details. The bank charges must be paid by the participants in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure to indicate full participant name/s and affiliation/s.

DATA PROTECTION: The personal data you provide to us is collected with your consent; personal data collected through the registration forms are intended for the sole purpose of processing your registration for Congress. They will in no case be sold, rented, or passed on to third parties; their processing will be done in accordance with EU legislation and Regulation no 2016/679, general regulation on the protection of personal data.
